Overview

Elevate: High-Trust Team Development is an experiential learning workshop designed to build trust, deepen connection, and improve team collaboration through structured, challenge-based activities. Delivered at our private outdoor facility in Richmond, Virginia, the program provides a safe, supportive environment for individuals to step outside their comfort zones and experience firsthand how vulnerability, communication, and interdependence shape team success.

This is a purpose-driven learning experience that focuses on trust as a critical workplace competency. Through shared challenge, teams move beyond surface-level interactions and develop durable habits that lead to stronger alignment, increased accountability, and a more connected team culture.

Program Format

Elevate is delivered as a half-day or full-day in-person experience at our outdoor team development site in Richmond, VA.

The workshop includes:

Challenge-Based Activity Sequence

Teams engage in a series of physical and problem-solving challenges that require planning, coordination, and mutual support. Activities are designed to surface real-time behaviors, highlight team dynamics, and promote shared success.

Trust and Interdependence Focus

Participants practice asking for and offering help, delegating under pressure, and building confidence in one another. The experience highlights the value of interdependence over independence.

Facilitated Debrief

A structured debrief helps teams connect the experience to their day-to-day work. Participants reflect on how trust is built (or broken), how they communicate under pressure, and how they can better support one another moving forward.
