Using a high ropes course, your members will try something new, take risks, gain insights into their own potential, and challenge their assumptions about others, resulting in an experience that is profound and personally transforming.

Get your team out of the office and off the ground

TeamQuest is a powerful, immersive, transformational experience that helps people create meaning and define a greater sense of purpose for themselves. We connect purpose with performance by combining team problem-solving activities with a powerful high ropes course experience. Most traditional ropes courses only allow one person to climb at a time, while our TeamQuest program utilizes a specific climbing course that is designed to accommodate an entire team.

After your team reaches a desired goal up in the course solving problems and overcoming obstacles, we all come back down to the ground and focus on specific debriefing topics:

• Challenging assumptions about ourselves and others
• Breaking old habits and creating new ones
• Removing barriers to communication and fostering genuine dialogue and growth between team members
• Problem Solving?
• Personal Empowerment?
